Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites aegis.co.id and pragmatic.aegis.co.id (together, the "Site") operated by PT. Aegis Ultima Teknologi ("Aegislabs", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply alongside Indonesian electronic-transaction law, principally Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik as amended by Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2024 ("UU ITE").

1. Scope

These Terms cover your use of the Site and any information, forms, or chat interactions offered through it. They do not cover paid consulting, development, or managed-services engagements, which are governed exclusively by a separate written Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work signed by both parties.

2. No binding offer

All pricing, service descriptions, engagement models, and case studies on the Site are for information only and do not constitute a binding offer. A binding contract is formed only when we and you sign a written agreement.

2.1 Accuracy of information

Consistent with Art. 9 UU ITE, we aim to present complete and correct information about our services. Pricing, technology stack, case-study metrics, architecture diagrams, and team profiles are accurate as of the "Last updated" date above and may change without notice. If you spot an error, write to corporate@aegis.co.id and we will correct it.

3. Permitted use

• You may view and share links to the Site for lawful, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not scrape, bulk-download, reverse-engineer, or redistribute Site content without our prior written permission.
• You may not use the Site to transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, probe for vulnerabilities outside a written agreement, or interfere with other users.
• Automated access (bots, crawlers) is allowed only in accordance with /robots.txt and at a reasonable request rate.

4. Forms and submissions

When you submit a lead form, career application, or chat message, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. You must not submit confidential or sensitive data of third parties through the Site; share that information only under a signed NDA after engagement begins.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, logos, graphics, architecture diagrams, case-study excerpts, source code snippets, and the design of the Site itself — is the property of Aegislabs or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright and trademark law. "Aegislabs", "Aegis_NET", and "Pragmatic .NET Solution Template" are trademarks of Aegislabs. Third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

You may quote short excerpts from the Site with attribution and a link. Any other use requires prior written permission.

6. Third-party links and tools

The Site contains links to third-party sites and embeds third-party tools (for example a chat widget and analytics). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party tools is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Articles, benchmarks, and case studies describe past engagements and are not a guarantee of future results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, Aegislabs, its directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Site, which is zero. Liability for paid engagements is governed exclusively by the limitation-of-liability clause in the relevant Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indonesian law (including liability for gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Aegislabs against any third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any law or third-party right.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site or these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bandung, Jawa Barat, unless the parties agree in writing to arbitration under the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI).
