announcement Aegislabs

Welcome to the Aegislabs blog

Architecture notes, engineering practices, and case studies from the Aegislabs team.

Architectural blueprint of an Indonesian building, drafted in coral lines on deep navy paper

Over the last fourteen years, the hardest-earned lessons at Aegislabs have lived in internal Confluence pages, Slack threads, and post-mortem docs. We are opening the blog to share some of them publicly.

What you will find here

  • Architecture deep-dives from projects we have shipped — what we chose, what broke, what we would do differently.
  • Engineering practices — code review, testing, deployment, on-call — at a scale that fits Indonesian teams.
  • Pragmatic .NET technical notes and release walk-throughs.
  • Industry context — how enterprise software decisions actually get made in Indonesian and regional markets.

Cadence

Weekly posts, sometimes twice a week when we have something urgent to say. Posts are drafted, reviewed, and published through our internal content pipeline — authored by engineers who shipped the work, not by a marketing team.
